Our Grading
Grading varies from wholesaler to wholesaler so we think it's important to explain how we categorise our stock so our customers know what to expect when ordering from us. Please make sure you read and understand our grading methods before purchasing.
Please Note: Whilst every effort is made to categorise our stock into our 2 grades up to a 10% allowance is recognised to allow for human error and garment age as we process hundreds of tonnes per year.

UK Shipping & International Delivery
We offer mainland UK tracked shipping for just £14.99 as standard, no matter how many boxes you get delivered! Fast and affordable and right to your door.
Your order will arrive in an unbranded cardboard box. Please provide your email and telephone number for courier tracking.
We also offer international shipping by arrangement. We currently cannot ship to the EU outside of the UK.

Returns
Returns
We only wholesale business to business and not to individuals. Wholesale orders are subject to The Sale of Goods Act 1982. Online wholesale orders and wholesale handpick appointment sales are not eligible for any exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of these sales, all items will be sold as seen and will not be available for an exchange or refund after purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means if you have any problems or discrepancies with the order you have up to 14 days after receiving your items to notify us.
Please email wholesale@worththeweightvintage.com include details and photographs of any problems or discrepancies with your email so we can come to swift resolve. A resolve including refunds can take a further 14 days after you notifying us of any problem.
Returns are assessed and resolved on an order to order basis. Please do not send your order back without liaising with us first. Orders sent back without prior authorisation may not be refunded.
Buyer is responsible for return postage unless it is agreed that the order did not meet our grading specification as detailed above.
