Returns Policy
💻 Online Purchases
Independent consumers can return their purchases within 14 days of receipt as long as their item/s are returned in the same condition sent and remain unworn with tags still attached. A full refund minus our incurred shipping costs will be given. Items must be returned in their original condition & the buyer pays for the return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, please make sure you keep your order confirmation.
You can send an order back for a return within 14 days of receiving it.

We advise sending your item with tracking to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the items return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
🧍In-person Event Returns
All our items are sold as seen. Please check that you are happy with an items condition and price before purchase. Due to the nature of our stock once an order is paid for sadly it cannot be changed or returned.
Please keep bags cable tied until you leave the event. This is your proof of purchase.
👩💼Business to Business Returns
We only wholesale business to business and not to individuals. Wholesale orders are subject to The Sale of Goods Act 1982.
Online wholesale orders and wholesale handpick appointment sales are not eligible for any exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of these sales, all items will be sold as seen and will not be available for an exchange or refund after purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means if you have any faults or discrepancies with the order you have up to 14 days after receiving your items to notify us. Please email wholesale@worththeweightvintage.com include details and photographs of any problems or discrepancies with your email so we can come to swift resolve. A resolve including refunds can take a further 14 days after you notifying us of any problem.
Returns are assessed and resolved on an order to order basis. Please do not send your order back without liaising with us first. Orders sent back without prior authorisation may not be refunded.
Buyer is responsible for return postage unless it is agreed that the order did not meet our grading specification as detailed above.
