Q. I've emailed but not heard back yet, how do I make contact?

Firstly, please always check your junk/ spam folder before getting in touch again. You will receive an auto response confirming receipt of your email. If you have not received this your email probably did not send. 

Whilst we endeavour to respond to all emails within 24 hours, it may take up to 1 week to respond at busy times. Our working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We are closed on Bank Holidays.

Q. How does your grading work?

Grading varies from wholesaler to wholesaler so we think it's important to explain how we categorise our stock so our customers know what to expect when ordering from us. Please make sure you read and understand our grading methods before purchasing.

We have 2 wholesale grades available for purchase at Worth the Weight Ltd.

These are called Premium Grade and Rework Grade.

Premium Grade

Our Premium Grade is clothing deemed high quality vintage and second-hand clothing that can be sold on for profit after laundering and sometimes some minor restorative work.

Vintage and second-hand clothing by nature may show signs of wear and ageing depending on how it has been worn and washed over the years including shrinkage, bobbling, small holes, slight marks and damage to the garments lining.

Due to this, items included in a Premium Grade order may require spot stain treatment and minor repairs including: de-bobbling, missing buttons, fallen hems, minor seam repairs. Items may also be included that have missing components but are deemed not to affect the wearability of the garment e.g. missing dress belts, hoodie strings.

Our team only includes items that are deemed wearable and functional. We sometimes may include older, rarer and collectable items that need a bit more TLC as they are deemed to be of a high sellable valuable.

Whilst every effort is made to categorise our stock into our 2 grades up to a 10% allowance is recognised to allow for human error and garment age as we process hundreds of tonnes per year.

Rework Grade

This grade is perfect for designers, repairers & re-workers!

Our Rework Grade consists of vintage and second-hand clothing that need major, time-consuming repairs or are no longer functional and wearable in their current state and will need to be reworked/ used for fabric. This includes broken zips, missing fastenings, large tears to the fabric, severe bobbling, damaged fabric, peeling/ damaged graphics, damaged linings, Paint, Oil and Stubborn Stains.

Our rework grade is anything we wouldn't list online, sell at handpick or sell at events.

For this grade we weigh out the product without handpicking and ship it out to you quickly.

Q. Can I be Specific About What I Do & Do Want in my Online Order e.g. sizing/ patterns/ brands?

You can provide a brief for our team to use to pick your order but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil partially or fully. Asking us to pick to a specific brief will also limit the range of products available and may affect the range of brands and sizes included in your order.

We use multiple suppliers and our stock is ever changing so if you would like to know what our current mixes are like e.g. Does our Printed Tee have a lot of Rock Tee or Tourist Tees in? ... you can always get in touch with the team to ask at wholesale@worththeweightvintage.com before purchasing.

Q. What is your Wholesale order Shipping Policy?

Worth The Weight Vintage are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including clear and transparent shipping information. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.

Please always make sure that you include your name, email and phone number on your order. If the delivery location is tricky please include notes for the delivery driver.

Q. What are Your Wholesale Shipping Costs

We offer mainland UK tracked shipping for just £9.99 as standard, no matter how many boxes you get delivered! Fast and affordable and right to your door.

We also offer international shipping. Email us at wholesale@worththeweightvintage.com with your address and what you'd like to purchase for a quote.

Q. What is Your Wholesale Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after your payment is verified. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing time may be longer.

BANK HOLIDAYS: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ANY ORDERS PLACED OVER A BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE TUESDAY DIRECTLY AFTER A BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY. 

Q. What is Your Wholesale Shipping Time

Our standard shipping typically takes up to 5 business days for domestic orders and may take longer for other orders. Shipping times may vary based on your location. 

Q. I've not received confirmation of my order, what do I do?

You will automatically receive confirmation via email once your order is placed. If you have not received this you can get in touch with us at wholesale@worththeweightvintage.com to request for it to be resent. Please check your junk folder before getting in touch.

Q. Can I track my order?

UK Mainland orders - Yes, once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Q. What is your International Shipping Policy?

Q. I've put the wrong address on my order, can you change it?

We aim to dispatch orders the same or following day so it is important you get in touch with us asap. Our collections take place around 1pm daily. 

We can do our best to intercept it but if the wrong address has been put on the order it is the buyers responsibility to retrieve the order.

Q. What is Your Return Policy?

Business to business wholesale or handpick appointment sales at our warehouse are not eligible for any exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of these sales, all items will be sold as seen and will not be available for an exchange or refund after purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you have any problems or discrepancies with the order you have up to 30 days after receiving your items to notify us. Please email wholesale@worththeweightvintage.com. Please include details and photographs of any problems or discrepancies with your email so we can come to swift resolve.

Returns are assessed and resolved on an order to order basis. 

Buyer is responsible for return postage unless it is agreed that the order did not meet our grading specification as detailed above.
