Sizing
Will I find my size?

We understand it can be difficult to find quality size inclusive garments. We make sure to source stock from all sizes however, we cant gurantee your size will be available at each of our events.  

Similarly, as the industry has changed, so has standard sizing! Because of this it's nearly impossible to organise our stock in order of dress size. You may find a tape measure will be your best friend when finding your next treasure!

Do you allow returns?

All our items are sold as seen. Please check that you are happy with an items condition and price before purchase. Due to the nature of our stock once an order is paid for sadly it cannot be changed or returned. 

Please keep bags cable tied until you leave the event. This is your proof of purchase.

Costs
How much is a kilo?
Our kilo sales are £20 per kilo starting at £1 and our £15 Sheffield HQ Kilo sales start at only 75p! So, you can pick as little or as much as you want. Light items like a beret or silk scarf can come out at as low as 75p! Heavy items like coats are capped at £20 maximum so you'll never pay more than £20 for a single item.
Tickets
Do children need to pay an entrance fee?
Children aged 12 years and under do not need to pay for an entrance ticket. 
Can I get tickets on the door?
Advanced tickets will get priority however, you can buy tickets on the door! Though we do recommend picking up an early bird ticket so you can get in as doors open!
Where can I buy tickets?
You can check our events page on our website to buy tickets or, click here to purchase tickets from our Eventbrite.
How long is a time slot?
Ticket times stated are just an arrival time. You can spend as long as you need at our kilo sales after your arrival.  
What is an exclusive capped shopping session?
Our earlybird tickets feature an exclusive capped shopping session, meaning there is a limited amount of people who are allowed to purchase our earlybird tickets. Coming in early means first dibs on our stock in the morning. 
Stock
Do you take donations?
No, our stock comes from all over the world from specialist vintage traders, but there's a list of charities we can recommend that would love to take your donations!
Are your clothes clean?
Our expert team of graders ensure that all of our items are fresh and clean before sending them out to our events.
Has the clothing been used?
Yes, but not exclusively! We stock vintage and preloved clothing but, it is possible to find vintage deadstock items sometimes hidden within our rails! 
Do you sell kids clothing?
No, all of our clothing is adult clothing. 
Do you sell items other than clothing?
We sometimes have a range of shoes, hats and accessories available at our events. It all depends on the specific stock we have on the day.

General
Are dogs allowed?
We are dog friendly but we can't guarantee that our host venue is! We recommend visiting their website and seeing their policy on furry friends.
Is the event accessible?
Though we are at the mercy of our venues, we endeavour to make our events as accessible as possible. We ensure that there is plenty of room between racks and for crowd averse customers we recommend joining us in the afternoon when it is generally a little quieter!

If you have specific questions regarding wheelchair access or any other accessibility queries at our venues we reccomend you reach out to our venue hosts for the most up-to-date information.

Is there parking?
We can't guarantee parking at the venues so we suggest you check a range of available parking spots online before the day of the event. 
Are there dressing rooms/ fitting rooms?
Yes, for most of our events we have dressing rooms and fitting rooms available.

What is a kilo sale?
A vintage kilo sale allows you to peruse rails of vintage and pre-loved clothing and pay by the weight of your items rather than pay per item. Worth the Weight carries an eclectic mix of vintage gems at trade prices that aren't normally available to the public for just £20 per kilo.
